EARLY CAREER

At just18, he makes his Lakeside debut as a seed and is just one of many extremely talented Dutch players here at Lakeside.

He is 2011 German Open Champion and was a semi-finalist in the 2011 England Open, BDO International Open and the Swiss Open.

He was also a quarter-finalist in the 2011 Dutch Open and 2011 Czech Open and made the Last 16 in the 2011 Centerparcs Masters, Antwerp Open and Mariflex Open.

PDC MOVE

AFTER winning his PDC Tour Card at Qualifying School in 2014, Dutch youngster Benito van de Pas has established himself as a player to watch on the PDC circuit.

A youngster when he claimed his first of two Development Tour wins in 2013 and 2015, it was 2016 that saw the Dutchman win his first title on the PDC ProTour at a Players Championship event.

Van de Pas would go on to cap a memorable year by claiming another two Players Championship victories and reaching the quarter-finals of the World Grand Prix, as well as the last 16 at a third successive World Championship.

PERSONAL LIFE

A player for only 7 years he enjoys Spanish holidays and supporting his favourite football clubs, Eindhoven and Liverpool.

Before becoming a full time darts professional, he studied accountancy,  so he’s good with numbers!

Benito is married to his wife Pascale.

On October 12th 2018, Benito became a father for the first time, welcoming his son Benjamin to the world.
